Yoga is an inner quest. During yoga we strive for moment to moment awareness of what is present in the body, mind, emotions, intuition, etc. The ability to become aware of these states and naming them without passing judgement on themis a quality that can enrich our lives. The breath is our anchor and brings us home every time, to the silent witness within. The silent witness sees every state within, names them and accepts them...no judgement.
Generally, the duration of the class is 75 minutes. |
